Ingredients
- 6 ounces egg linguine
- 5 cups chopped baby spinach tightly packed
- 3.5 ounces pesto
Instructions
- Fill a large pot with water and bring to a boil over high heat.
- Boil linguine per the package directions.
- Add spinach to water and linguine until spinach is bright green, about 20 seconds.
- Drain linguine and spinach in a colander and return to pot.
- Stir in pesto and serve.
