I’m going to put a super positive spin on work, namely estimating lots and lots of concrete, stealing all of my energy this week.  There’s no baking, no yoga, no happy hours.  But!  There’s lots and lots of music listening.  These songs have been on heavy rotation this week, allowing me to sneak in the occasional grin and shoulder shake at my desk.  Enjoy!

Wild Belle – Happy Home

If you want a really good pesto recipe, check out the recipe on Not Enough Cinnamon. Marie has a whole blog full of fabulous recipes, and she is the one who taught me how to make my own peanut butter. And almond butter. Highly recommended.

Great twist on the original recipe! Thai is one of my favorite, too.
I have all the ingredients in the house, this will be dinner tonight. Love it.
