Lunch: Custom FRESH Salad – Spinach, Cucumbers, White Beans, Beets, Red Onions, Asparagus, Avocado & Cilantro Jalapeno Vinaigrette

Snack: HLS Swag Bag Adora Chocolates

Dinner: HLS Swag Bag Mini Fillo Shells with “Cheesy” Spinach & Zucchini

I told you the Healthy Living Summit swag bags were the best ever!  Seriously, I can’t believe that three of the four things I ate today were swaggy goodness.

    Those fillo shells look amazing! Did you look at all the coupons you got with your swag bag? Stoneyfield gave us alot of FREE coupons for yogurt, etc. Next time im in tampa we all have to go out for dinner or somethin.

    I’ve been popping the Adora disks in my mouth like crazy. I seriously need to stop! And the granola and the nutrition bars have pretty much all been consumed. 😉

    We’ve been making good headway on the various granola and protein bars, mostly because they’re so easy to grab. I still have 5 containers of applesauce and I’m a little skeptical regarding some of the flavors. I guess I’ll have to try them and see if they’re any good.
