Breakfast: Two Slices of Watermelon

Lunch: Vegetable Dumplings, Broccoli & Ponzu

Dinner: Timpano’s Tuna Carpaccio, A Couple Rolls & Two Glasses of Happy Hour Champagne

Holy heck, what a day.  I’m fairly certain I crammed 18 hours of construction estimating into 9.  My brain hurt, my eyes burned, and I had to get out of the house ASAP. I tossed on a dress and met Katie and Megan at Timpano’s for Ladies Night.  I was far from my peppy self, but I’m thankful that I was able to catch up with Katie before she heads back to Atlanta.

Construction estimating? Plans will kill your eyes, especially when they are in pdf format! Love the watermelon shot! Now I have to go buy one 🙂

Yes! I’m working on a hospital project that’s due on Friday, the day I leave for LA. I’ll be stressed until I board the plane for sure!

Tuna carpaccio and wine sound like good medicine. All you need now is to squeeze in a yoga class before you hop on the plane. Ahhhh…

The odds of me being able to do that are slim to none… But!! I’ll be hiking Runyon Canyon with Ariel daily so, so soon! 🙂
